Dan Yohman is a native of Bakersfield, California. Dan was the founding Partner in a multi-office firm formerly known as Yohman, Parker, Kern & Nard. He has over 25 years of legal experience centered around injury and employment matters and more recently commercial real estate and broker representation.
Since joining the firm of Emerson Corey & Sorensen, Dan is emphasizing insurance defense, workers' compensation/subrogation, real property, construction defect and broker representation.
